John Twain is an actor/director, musician. He is also publisher and the founder of Dog Mode Labs, a Los Alamitos based entertainment technology and publishing company with offices in San Francisco and New Haven.

Acting in and directing "The Mountain" (Dog Mode Films / 2026) the story of a long hard journey I took across this great country to find a mythical promised land in the American West. The story tells of the dark and wonderful things I saw on my decades long voyage. It tells of the lonely Mountain I found standing at the edge of the desert. And the incredible discovery that awaited me when I finally made it to the top.
