Rapden Lama is a photographer, filmmaker, marketer, and creative entrepreneur working alongside John Twain to build Dog Mode Labs.

With an MBA from CSULB and experience in visual production, branding, startup, and storytelling, Rapden brings both creative ideas and business thinking to the startup.

His passion for visual art started through photography and filmmaking. Over the years, he has captured once-in-a-lifetime moments for clients, like weddings. He passion for analogue film photography has inspired most of his creative vision. He has also worked on personal film and documentary projects, along with a few music videos and personal vlogs/ Travel videos.

Inspired by his roots in Darjeeling and his creative experiences in Los Angeles, Rapden wants to discover undervalued artists and help share their stories with a wider audience.

He believes visuals are very important, because a strong image or film can communicate a message in a way that words sometimes cannot. Just like the cliche quote “A picture is worth a thousand words”, in some cases 🙃
